This workout is a great way to loose belly fat fast. Couple this with the healthy eating ideas from our Weight Loss Recipes section and you have all you need to loose the weight you’ve been trying to shift for ages.

1. 30 High Knees (get the blood pumping)
2. 30 Abdominal Crunches
3. 30 Star Jumps
4. 1 Minute Plank
5. 30 Squats
6. 10 Push Ups
7. 10 Bicycle Crunches
8. 20 Abdominal Crunches
9. 10 Squats
Repeat this workout twice of the first 5 days then three times for the following 9 days. Rest for 60sec/1min per set. Continue after those 14 days to continue on that weight loss path you have worked so hard to stick to.
If you struggle with exercise don’t worry, adapt the cycles above to suit your needs until you reach the recommended cycle above.
My best advice on exercise is to give it a go, any movement is better none. Start slow if needed and pick up the pace over time.
