Yes broccoli and water are the two well known candidates in this belly fat burning category however there are some worthy foods that you may not have considered;
1. Chicken
Chicken is great for weight loss diets as it is so versatile in recipes and more importantly it is packed with protein. Cooking with low calorie spray and without the skin is the healthiest option however just swapping from red meats to chicken a few times a week is a start. It does go without saying that deep frying or roasting in vegetable oil or butter is not great for your belly.

Apart from seeing every Food Profile Instagram stacked with breakfast photos of these chaps in every imaginable form they contain good fats that help circulation and they are good for busting that belly.

8. Dark Chocolate
Seriously in moderation, the decent quality stuff (not the sugar filled rubbish) is one of the best sources of antioxidants known off. It can aid in lower the risk of heart disease and health in general. Eating in moderation as suggested will aid in a diet focusing on burning belly fat.
